Description
The Municipal Court Judges are seeking a vendor to provide a gun safe. The delivery of the gun safe should be made through the Municipal Court loading dock, and all delivery personnel and items are subject to screening by Court Security. The vendor should be aware of the Court's delivery procedures, which include advance notification of large quantities of deliveries and the use of the loading dock for all deliveries.
• The gun safe is the primary item being requested in this quotation.
• Deliveries are accepted between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Vendors should supply their own carts or dollies to transport the item(s).
• Vendors are responsible for taking all items to specific locations in the building.
