Re-Bid Fire Station 2 Improvements

The City of Alamogordo is seeking bids for the construction of Fire Station 2 Improvements. The project includes renovation, additions to the apparatus bay and living quarters, upgraded structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, exterior patio area, and exterior free-standing wall with signage. The contractor must possess a valid license classification as specified in the New Mexico Construction Industries Licensing Act. • The project requires compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a performance bond and a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount. • The contractor must submit a list of all subcontractors and other persons and organizations proposed for portions of the work whose value is $5,000 or more. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive all technicalities and formalities.
