The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a supplier to provide 100 units of 2" air service hose assemblies. The assemblies must be new, and no refurbished or used items will be accepted. The hose assemblies must meet specific requirements, including a minimum working pressure of 150 PSI, a synthetic rubber inner tube, and a synthetic rubber cover. The cover color must be red, and the end fittings must be permanently attached and made of all brass and/or stainless steel. The supplier must provide a detailed capabilities statement and breakdown pricing. The evaluation factors will include technical capability, price, delivery, and supplier performance risk system (SPRS) ratings. • The supplier must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The supplier must provide a written certification that each hose assembly has been hydrostatically tested to the minimum working pressure. • The supplier must comply with all applicable clauses and provisions, including those related to Buy American, small business, and subcontracting. • The supplier must provide a quote that includes price, point of contact, business size, CAGE code, and payment terms.
