Description
The City of Manchester is seeking a qualified contractor to fully replace the roof on the Carpenter Memorial Library while the facility remains operational. The work includes removal of the existing roof system, installation of new roofing materials, and coordination with library schedules. The contract is open only to pre‑qualified firms, requires a 10 % bid bond and a 100 % performance bond, and may be extended to additional city facilities for up to three years.
