Description
The General Services Administration is seeking a vendor to supply Plastic Polish (NSN 7930-00-935-3794) for use in various applications. The vendor must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal. The product must meet the salient characteristics described in the RFQ, including being in accordance with Federal Specification P-P-560C and having a maximum age on delivery of three months from the date of manufacture. The vendor must also comply with various regulations, including those related to packaging, labeling, and shipping.
Key requirements include:
• The product must be Type I, Liquid, and have a unit of issue of BX (Ten (10) each, sixteen (16) ounce containers per box).
• The vendor must provide a quote that includes the price per unit, total price, and delivery lead time.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking.
• The vendor must provide a signed MIL-STD-129R form and a completed RFQ form.
