Description
The Tennessee Department of Transportation is soliciting bids to establish a contract to provide Truck and Trailer Mounted Attenuators. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the option to renew for an additional 12 months. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the goods or providing the services set out in the Invitation to Bid and meeting all service and delivery timelines.
• The contractor must provide all goods or services and deliverables as required and described in the Scope or Specifications.
• The contractor must meet all service and delivery timelines specified in the Invitation to Bid.
• The contractor must provide a price for each line within the group they are bidding.
• The State may award a single contract for all line items to the respondent whose response meets the requirements and criteria in this Invitation to Bid at the lowest cost.
