The City of Tampa is issuing an RFQ to obtain price quotations for a wide variety of pressure and chlorine gauges that will be used as inventory items across multiple city departments. Vendors must submit electronic quotes through the OpenGov portal by the stated deadline, include all required specifications, and agree to the city’s terms regarding delivery (FOB destination, 5‑day delivery window), insurance, subcontracting, and compliance (E‑Verify, public‑records law, ethics). The contract will be awarded for a one‑year period and may be fulfilled via purchase order or purchasing card for items under $2,000. • Quantity estimates are provided per gauge model; the city may adjust quantities without penalty. • All shipping, handling, and freight must be included in the quoted price; delivery must occur between 7 AM‑3 PM on weekdays. • Vendors must certify that they are licensed in Florida, can meet E‑Verify requirements, and will provide proof of insurance prior to award. • The awardee must perform at least 51 % of the work with its own staff unless written consent for greater subcontracting is obtained. • Payment is made within approximately 30 days of receipt and acceptance of goods and proper invoicing.
