Description
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Black Cross-linked Foam in support of Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the contractor with the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of this solicitation. The contractor must provide Black Cross-Linked Closed Cell Polyethylene Foam, manufactured to A-A-59135, Class 1, Grade A, with a density of 4 lbs/cubic ft, and no tears, seams, or separations are permissible. The foam shall be 1 pc construction or laminated to desired thickness, and sheets must be purchased in 5' X 8' (60"X96") sizes. The contractor must also provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) for all shipments. Key points to consider:
