Generator Bearing Cooler Cooling Coil Project

The Tri-Dam Project is seeking qualified manufacturers to submit a bid for the Generator Bearing Cooler Cooling Coil project. The project involves providing "in kind" cooling coil replacements for the generating units. The coils must be manufactured with specific materials and designs to ensure exact fitment to the existing inlet/outlet ports and physical space requirements. The manufacturer must provide a total of 5 coolers, including 2 Turbine bearing coolers and 2 Upper Guide/Thrust Bearing Coolers for the Tulloch powerhouse, and 1 Lower Guide Bearing Cooler for the Donnells powerhouse. The coils must be guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years after manufacture, and the manufacturer must provide a complete history docket package and guarantee coil performance with "as tested" data sheets.
