26-25~2026 Sidewalk, Curb, and Gutter Program

The City of Springfield is soliciting bids for a comprehensive sidewalk, curb, and gutter reconstruction program throughout multiple streets in Clark County, Ohio. The work includes removal of existing walkways and drives, installation of new concrete walks and drives, and removal and replacement of curbs and gutters. All work must comply with Ohio Department of Commerce wage rates and city specifications, and the contractor must provide required bonds, certifications, and compliance documentation. • Removal of approximately 47,000 SF of existing walk/drives and 12,000 LF of curbs/gutters. • Installation of new concrete walks (≈33,000 SF) and drives, plus new curbs/gutters (≈12,000 LF). • Required submissions include bid bond, experience record, workers’ compensation, insurance, prevailing‑wage affidavit, and various compliance affidavits. • Completion must be achieved no later than May 28 2027, with liquidated damages for late performance.
