Sets, Kits, and outfits of handtools

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking vendors to provide sets, kits, and outfits of hand tools. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, and the government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses. Vendors will be added on a rolling basis throughout the lifetime of the BPA commodity program. The government will not pay for any information provided under this combined synopsis/solicitation. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing sets, kits, and outfits of hand tools • Submitting a capabilities statement, including primary business practice/trade and whether the company is a manufacturer or supplier/distributor • Complying with the Non-manufacturer rule and providing a copy of the current, approved DD Form 2345 • Participating in the Lakehurst BPA Tool and submitting bids in response to solicitations • Delivering products to Lakehurst, NJ, on a firm fixed-price basis
