THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA") INVITES YOU TOSUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE DISCONNECT SWITCHES AND SUPPORT AS OUTLINED IN THE ARIBAEVENT AND BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE AUTHORITY'S NIAGARA POWER PROJECT LOCATED IN NIAGARAFALLS, NY.Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov inorder to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining biddocuments from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk.
