Description
Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies for the Honey Hole Road (CR-41) Paving Project in Butler Township. The project work includes milling and pavement resurfacing and related work from SR 309 east 10,300 ft. to Silver Leaf Drive.
* The project requires PennDOT contractor prequalification for the work categories included in the contract.
* Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
* The project is subject to the Davis Bacon Federal Wage Rates.
* Bids will be received for a single prime Contract on a Unit Price basis.
* The successful bidder must comply with the requirements of the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) and utilize minority and/or women-owned businesses to the greatest extent feasible.
