Request for Proposals - Transient Boat Dock Renovations

The City of Paducah Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals for repairs as specified herein to Paducah’s Transient Boat Dock. The City of Paducah is accepting responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from organizations that are a) Licensed/certified to operate in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. b) Experienced in working with Kentucky Building Code. c) Experienced in construction of and renovations to marinas and docking facilities. Organizations responding to this RFP must be prepared to undertake, in the most efficient manner, all aspects of this project. Respondents to this RFP will be expected to meet or exceed the minimum qualifications set forth in this RFP. The intent of this RFP is to identify those entities that are qualified and capable of completing the contracted services for the City of Paducah, Parks and Recreation Department. Organizations are invited to submit a proposal as described herein by the submission deadline set for 10:00 am on Friday, November 6, 2026. RFP Packet - Transient Boat Dock Renovations Addendum No. 1 - Transient Boat Dock Renovations (posted 10-26-2026) Request for Bids - Surplus Property Parcels The City of Paducah, Kentucky is accepting sealed proposals for the purchase and transfer of surplus real property for redevelopment. Property will only be sold if immediate development is proposed and the probability of such activity is high. All property is sold “as is” and with no implied warranty of clear title. The buyer is responsible for ensuring clear title prior to purchase. If the purchaser decides to purchase without the benefit of a title exam, a quitclaim deed will be granted. To be considered for these properties, bidders must be current on City taxes and have no existing liens on any property currently owned in the City of Paducah. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid” with the address of the property on the outside and the bidder's name and contact information on the outside of the bid package. Persons interested in submitting a sealed proposal for more than one property must submit a separate written offer for each property. List of Surplus Property Parcels and Proposal Information Request for Proposals - City of Paducah Telecommunications Provider Franchise The City of Paducah is soliciting proposals from parties interested in obtaining franchises to operate telecommunications systems within the confines of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, pursuant to Chapter 108 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah. Franchise(s) awarded pursuant to this Request for Proposals will be non-exclusive and will be for ten (10) years. Proposals must meet all the requirements of Chapter 108 of the Paducah Code of Ordinances.
