RS/RV Centrifuge AT Hill AFB, UT

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a quotation for the procurement, delivery, installation, and training of one new RS/RV Centrifuge. The centrifuge will be used to support operational acceptance/assurance testing, troubleshooting, and repair, and aging and surveillance testing of the MMIII MK12A and MK21 Reentry Vehicles and their components and assemblies. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed Integrated Master Schedule, a Preliminary Bill of Materials, and a Long-Lead Items List. The contractor will also be required to conduct a Factory Acceptance Test and a Site Acceptance Test. The contract will have a period of performance of 42 months, with a 30-month period for labor and installation completion and a 12-month period for warranty labor. Some key features of the centrifuge include: * The ability to support operational acceptance/assurance testing, troubleshooting, and repair, and aging and surveillance testing of the MMIII MK12A and MK21 Reentry Vehicles and their components and assemblies * A minimum service life of 20 years * Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) * A detailed safety plan that addresses Mishap Notification, General Safety Requirements, and Specific Requirements * The ability to provide a detailed Integrated Master Schedule, a Preliminary Bill of Materials, and a Long-Lead Items List * The ability to conduct a Factory Acceptance Test and a Site Acceptance Test.
