The State of Louisiana’s Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is soliciting sealed, non‑electronic bids for the supply of precast concrete bridge spans and caps (Section S51) to be fabricated and delivered to the DOTD Bridge & Facility Maintenance office in Walker, LA.
