This solicitation seeks qualified contractors to remodel existing restroom facilities at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health – Substance Abuse Services building in Norman to meet ADA accessibility standards. The base bid covers the men’s restroom; an alternate bid covers the women’s restroom. The work includes demolition, new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, EIFS exterior wall finish, drywall, tile, painting, and installation of ADA‑compliant toilet compartments and accessories. The project budget is capped at $100,000 and requires a 5 % bid bond if the total bid exceeds that amount.
