Description
The Alabama Department of Human Resources is seeking competitive proposals from qualified suppliers to provide janitorial services for the Montgomery County location. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning tasks such as emptying wastebaskets, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, and more. The contract will be for one calendar year with an option to extend for up to four additional 12-month periods. The supplier will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the required services.
• Daily cleaning tasks include emptying wastebaskets, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Weekly cleaning tasks include dusting and cleaning surfaces, cleaning mirrors and windows, and sanitizing door handles and other high-touch areas.
• Quarterly cleaning tasks include stripping and waxing floors, cleaning windows, and dusting and cleaning light fixtures and other high areas.
