Description
The City of Cedartown is seeking bids for the construction of a new concession/restroom building at the Bert Wood Park Softball Complex. The project includes the construction of a 26' x 26'8" block building with a metal framed roof, installation of plumbing and electrical hookups, and the installation of ADA compliant fixtures and accessories. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the Musco field lighting electrician for panel and conduit locations.
• The building will have a concrete slab with a minimum compression strength of 3000 psi.
• The roof will be metal framed with a 26ga standing seam roofing and 30# felt underlayment.
• The contractor will install ADA compliant toilets, sinks, and accessories in the restrooms.
• The contractor will also install a 30-gallon water heater in the concession area and a floor-mounted utility sink with a chrome-plated goose neck sprayer/faucet.
