Description
This project calls for the complete replacement of an existing wooden fence with a new 7‑foot‑tall, double‑brick fence along 500 linear feet of property line at 2509 Decker Blvd, Columbia, SC. The work includes demolition of the old fence, installation of a 24‑inch‑wide concrete footing reinforced with No. 4 rebar, construction of an 8‑inch‑thick brick wall, and placement of seven 12‑inch‑by‑12‑inch‑by‑7‑foot brick columns spaced 45 feet apart. The fence will use Low Country Blend brick with buff mortar.
