The work includes full‑depth asphalt removal, milling, and overlay, crack filling, seal‑coating, new striping, installation of MUTCD‑compliant signage, and full site protection and cleanup. The contractor must maintain fire‑department access at all times, follow strict safety and environmental standards, and complete the work by the target date of August 1 2026.
