Description
The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking innovative solutions for Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) production support and scalability. The Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) is looking for commercial methodologies, processes, and technologies to rapidly scale CCA production using existing Surface Mount Technology (SMT) automated lines and through-hole component machinery. The solutions should include design, reverse engineering, obsolescence management, and supply chain resilience.
• The solution should be able to handle a wide range of CCA complexities, including layer count, board dimensions, component density, and technology generation.
• The solution should be able to provide a single ROM price for a representative end-to-end CCA reverse-engineering and production-readiness effort.
• The solution should include a pilot or demonstration scope, which may involve a representative Government-furnished CCA.
• The solution should include technical data package content, such as Gerber files, BOMs, drill templates, firmware deliverables, and TDPs.
