Description
The Washtenaw Community College is seeking competitive quotes for a Pressured Expansion Tank ASME. The tank should be a diaphragm tank, vertical, non-potable, with a capacity of 132 gallons. The college is looking for contract pricing and reserves the right to purchase additional quantities or products needed to complete the project at then-current rates. The quote should include an estimated lead time, shipping, handling, and delivery charges, warranties, and exclude all federal, state, and municipal sales and excise taxes.
• The tank must meet the specified requirements, including a maximum allowable working pressure of 125 P.S.I. at 240 degrees F and a minimum design metal temperature of 18 degrees F at 125 P.S.I.
• The quote should be submitted using the vendor's standard quote form and include an electronic .pdf of the Vendor Acknowledgement signature page completed and signed by an authorized representative.
• The college is a member of several cooperative purchasing organizations, including E & I, MI Deal, NAEP, National IPA, NIGP, Omnia Partners, REMC, Sourcewell, and US Communities.
