Description
The West Clarkstown Bathroom Renovation project involves the renovation of a bathroom at the West Clarkstown IRA facility. The scope of work includes partial demo, installation of epoxy floor and rigid wall coverings in the shower area, replacement of the toilet and shower body, and other related tasks. The project is expected to be completed within 30 days of receiving the purchase order. The contractor must adhere to the time frames outlined in the scope of work and provide certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Insurance.
