The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a complete valve assembly in accordance with Marotta drawing 285151-0001. The assembly must meet specific material and testing requirements, including quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis, intergranular corrosion testing, and non-destructive testing. The contractor must also provide a certificate of compliance and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001. The contract will be for a period of 365 days, and the contractor must deliver the material within this timeframe. • The valve assembly must be in accordance with Marotta drawing 285151-0001 • The assembly must meet specific material requirements, including SAE AMS-QQ-S-763 Class 316 Condition A and CRES 300 Series per SAE AMS QQ-S-763 or ASTM-A581 or ASTM-A582 • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001 • The contract will be for a period of 365 days • The contractor must deliver the material within 365 days of the effective date of the contract
