Iowa High School Equivalency Diploma Test

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of Iowa Workforce Development, is seeking proposals for the administration of the Iowa High School Equivalency Diploma Test. The test is an alternative to a traditional high school diploma and must be issued based on demonstrated competence in core subject areas such as reading, language arts, literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the test via live in-person testing and live remote online proctored testing. Key aspects of the proposal include: • Providing the test in core subject areas • Administering the test via live in-person and live remote online proctored testing • Meeting the requirements outlined in the RFP • Providing a cost proposal and technical proposal as separate files • Complying with the terms and conditions of the RFP and the contract The contract term will be for an initial period of two years, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms, for a total contract term not to exceed six years.
