Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a commercial, off-the-shelf, web-based electronic subscription to Science Direct eJournals. The goal is to ensure uniform availability of high-quality, clinical, full-text electronic journals across the VA system to improve clinical decision-making. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis to Cox Subscriptions, Inc. The requirements include access to the product through IP address validation, simultaneous access for an unrestricted number of users, and maintenance of the most current issues available with no embargo period. The contractor will be responsible for site content and support, tech support, and system downtime notification.
