Valves

The City of Phoenix is seeking sealed bids for the supply and delivery of valves, parts, accessories, and repair services for a period of five years. The successful contractor will provide product discounts off catalog pricing for parts and accessories and establish fixed hourly labor rates for all services rendered under this contract. The contractor will be required to maintain sufficient inventory to ensure timely fulfillment of city requirements and provide emergency repair response services. The city encourages offerors to propose equivalent or alternative products and manufacturers. • The contract will commence upon city council approval and will have a term of five years. • The contractor will be required to provide valves and accessories from various manufacturers, including Ames, Apco, Apollo, and others. • The contractor will be required to provide repair services, including on-site and off-site repair, valve installation, adjustment, and commissioning, and preventive maintenance programs. • The contractor will be required to maintain records of all services performed under the contract and provide reports to the city. • The city reserves the right to add, change, or delete quantities or items as circumstances may require.
