Roxborough State Park Visitor Center Bathroom Remodel

The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the renovation of the existing bathroom in the Visitor Center at Roxborough State Park. The project includes demolition, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and architectural work. The contractor will be responsible for mobilization, establishing sanitary facilities, protective barricades, and signage, as well as performing the necessary construction work. The project is expected to be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. • The project includes base bid items such as mobilization and bathroom remodel, as well as optional bid items for replacing existing bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, doors, and the mini-split unit. • The contractor will be required to submit a schedule of values and a project schedule, and will be paid based on a lump sum or unit price for each bid item. • The contractor will also be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
