Electronic Valve

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking quotations for the procurement of an electronic valve. The USCG anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Airbus Helicopters, Inc. The quotation must include the unit price column completed, and the contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) signed by an authorized official of the approved source. The COC must specify the nomenclature, manufacturer's part number, and date of manufacture. Some key points to consider: • The valve must be a new, manufactured commercial item. • The contractor must provide a COC and documentation reflecting the complete unbroken history of ownership of the parts from purchase from the approved manufacturing source until delivery to the USCG. • Full and clear traceability must be provided with delivery of each part. • The contractor must comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation. • The USCG reserves the right to inspect any non-conforming product or component. • The contractor must obtain approval from the Contracting Officer prior to the disposition of any non-conforming product or component.
