Description
The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting for the procurement of structural beams. The acquisition will be negotiated on a small business set-aside basis. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, supply type contract. The contractor will be required to deliver the beams to the U.S. Naval Base in Yokosuka, Japan. The beams must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation, including material, size, and packaging requirements.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for each beam.
• The contractor must mark the beams with the unique item identifier.
• The contractor must provide a Material Inspection and Receiving Report for each shipment.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to packaging, marking, and shipping.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the beams.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of conformance for each shipment.
