Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a vendor to provide three new fiberglass tanks for the SC-BEARS BLUFF NFH. The award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items. The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The vendor that submits the lowest priced quote, meeting the technical acceptability requirement, will be awarded the contract. Key factors for award include technical acceptability, price, and registration in SAMs with no exclusions or terminations within the last 5 years.
• The offeror product must match the required/requested specifications or be the closest match acceptable.
• The offeror shall submit a firm fixed price quote with a detailed components and pictures of the item requested.
• The price should include all labor, and if not included, a delivery price and scheduled promise by date.
• The vendor must be registered in SAMs with no exclusions or terminations within the last 5 years.
• The vendor must complete all required paperwork, SF18, any amendments, and solicitation forms will be filled out correctly and submitted prior to the due date and time.
