Description
The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is seeking bids for HP Polycom renewal warranty services. The services include providing one year of warranty for various HP Polycom devices, including Poly X30 AVB WTC8K, Poly E60 SCMR, Poly X50 AVB WTC8K, Poly X70 AVB WTC8K, Poly G7500 VCS, and Poly X52 AVB WTC10K. The selected vendor will be required to provide the services from April 17, 2026, to April 16, 2027. The bid must include the price for each device, and the vendor must ensure that the devices are shipped to the specified locations. Some key requirements include:
• The vendor must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
• The vendor must provide professional liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
• The vendor must provide a warranty for the devices, and the term of the warranty must be at least 90 days from the date of delivery.
