Sandy City 2026 CMP Rehabilitation Project

The Sandy City 2026 CMP Rehabilitation Project involves rehabilitating Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) using the Cured-in-Place Pipe method at multiple locations in Sandy City, Utah. The project requires contractors to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to be prequalified for bidding. The scope of work includes rehabilitating approximately 2,100 linear feet of CMP, ranging from 15" to 48" in diameter, at eight different locations. The project is expected to start on October 1, 2026, and be completed by November 30, 2026. • The project requires contractors to have a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar services for municipalities, water districts, or other governmental agencies. • The proposed Project Manager and Superintendent must have a minimum of 10 years of experience performing construction services similar in size and complexity to the advertised project. • Contractors must meet the minimum bonding capacity and have sufficient uncommitted bonding capacity to cover the amount of the bid. • Contractors must provide a certified financial statement and submit additional references and information to permit an appraisal of their current financial condition.
