Description
The Army is issuing a combined synopsis and solicitation for an Indefinite‑Delivery‑Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply 81 mm Drogue Plates and Rear‑Support Plates. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ with a base year plus two ordering periods (up to a total performance period of three years). The Government guarantees a minimum of 5,000 Drogue Plates and 6,800 Rear‑Support Plates, with maximum quantities of 28,000 and 20,400 respectively. Offers must include a completed Price Matrix for all quantity break‑points and ordering periods. Delivery is to the U.S. Army Pine Bluff Arsenal (AR).
