The required item is a GEA Marine Separator 12 (OSF 12-91-162/10) with a feed pump and controls, and it must be packaged individually according to specific military standards. The package must include standard COTS documentation and warranty.
• The item must be packaged in a wooden crate with cushioning materials, dunnage, blocking, and bracing to protect the item and restrict its movement within the container.
• Each package must be marked according to military standards and bar-coded.
• The package label must include the item name, part number, NSN, quantity, and contract number.
• The solicitation is sole source, and only authorized distributors with the required capabilities can submit a quote.
• The quote must include a letter from the OEM verifying the company's status as an authorized distributor.
