The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a sole source contractor to provide an axle and landing gear for a specific military application. The item requires engineering source approval by the design control activity to maintain the quality of the part. The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing/repair knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government. Interested parties must submit their proposal within 45 days after the publication of the synopsis.
