AMEND 0001: Requirement to start a 100GB commercial circuit Intra-Europe.

The US government is seeking a telecommunications provider to establish a 100GB commercial circuit within Europe. This is a restricted access requirement, and only entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes will be granted access to the attachments. The provider must have a current DITCO Basic Agreement (BA) signed by both the government and the contractor prior to submitting any quotes.
