1904-26 (RFP) Uniform Program for Custodial, Maintenance & Security Staff

The East Hartford Public Schools are seeking a local clothing provider to enter into a multi-year indefinite-quantity contract for the provision of uniforms and other clothing items for their Custodial, Maintenance, Security, and other Facilities Division employees. The contract will be for purchasing uniforms, not a rental or lease arrangement. The selected vendor is expected to provide many ancillary services as outlined in the scope of services section. • The contract is for a multi-year period. • The vendor is expected to provide uniforms for 90+ employees. • The vendor should provide many ancillary services. • The contract is not a rental or lease arrangement, but rather a purchase agreement.
