Work Order Contracts for Construction, Renovation

The Commonwealth University of the PA State System of Higher Education, Bloomsburg Campus, is inviting general, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors to bid on work order contracts for construction, renovation, and repair. The contracts will be for multiple award open-end contracts for various miscellaneous construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance of facilities and buildings. The university may award a contract to multiple firms with the lowest base bids. • The contracts are indefinite quantity contracts against which individual work orders shall be issued. • The work orders will be for small construction, maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of equipment, emergency work, and renovations to space that are unplanned projects under $100,000 per work order. • Bidders must be located within a 1-hour drive/50-mile radius of the university. • A mandatory pre-bid conference with a site visit will be held on April 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
