The Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) is seeking a lessee for approximately 2‑acres of land located at 2832 General Meyer Avenue, New Orleans, LA. The lease term is 24 months beginning December 1 2026, with two optional one‑year extensions subject to board approval. The property is offered “as‑is”; the lessee must assume responsibility for all utilities, site improvements, maintenance of the premises and access road, and must provide required insurance and financial assurances. A minimum annual rent of $12,000 is required, and the lease will be awarded to the highest bidder.
