Description
The U.S. Army is conducting a market research RFI to identify vendors capable of producing, installing, and sustaining up to nine High‑Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP)‑hardened medium‑fixed satellite communications earth terminals (X‑band, selective polarization) for use within the continental United States. The effort includes a 5‑year production and sustainment contract, requires compliance with MIL‑STD 188‑164C w/Change 2 and MIL‑STD 188‑125A, and mandates a SECRET‑level facility clearance for on‑site work.
