Description

This solicitation (ID SPRMM126QKJ03) seeks authorized distributors or manufacturers to supply the “CIRCUIT BREAKER” item to the Defense Logistics Agency. The requirement is for new, non‑refurbished circuit breakers that meet MIL‑STD‑130 marking, are packaged per MIL‑STD‑2073, and are subject to inspection at the contractor’s facility and/or designated Government inspection points. Offerors must identify the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and CAGE code, provide traceability, and comply with a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. The contract will be administered through the Defense Logistics Agency’s electronic systems (PIEE/EDA) and invoicing must be submitted via WAWF. Key points include: • Mandatory use of the Government’s Workflow Pro (WFP) module for invoicing and receiving reports. • Small‑business set‑aside and equal‑opportunity clauses are included. • All submissions must be electronic (EDI) and include any exceptions or deviations. • Refurbished material is not acceptable; only authorized distributors of the OEM item may be considered. • Inspection and acceptance procedures are detailed, with record‑keeping required for 365 days after delivery.

Budget estimate

$40,000 – $250,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical DLA purchases of circuit breakers, unit prices often range from $200 to $500 depending on rating and configuration. Assuming a modest order of 200–500 units, the total contract value would likely fall between $40,000 and $250,000. The final amount could vary with quantity, specific technical requirements, and any applicable small‑business set‑aside pricing.
