The solicitation seeks two (2) circuit card assemblies (NSN 5998‑01‑238‑0083WF) for F‑16 aircraft, with quantity‑range pricing required for broader order volumes. Vendors must be US‑only, meet Buy‑American requirements, provide IUID marking, comply with MIL‑STD‑130, MIL‑STD‑129, and MIL‑STD‑2073‑1 packaging, and submit a Counterfeit Prevention Plan. • Provide 2 EA of the specified circuit card assembly (part 16E10112‑805) and price for 1‑2, 3‑4, 5‑10, 11‑15, and 16+ units.
• Meet all quality, inspection, and packaging standards (IUID, MIL‑STD‑130/129, MIL‑STD‑2073‑1) and include a Counterfeit Prevention Plan per DD FORM 1423‑1.
• Must be a qualified source (Elbit America or Lockheed Martin) or submit a qualification package; only US‑based contractors are eligible.
• Delivery FOB Destination – Other, with the sole required delivery date of 26 Jan 2028; early/partial deliveries allowed at no added cost.
