US 41 - Bay St to McIntosh Rd - Median Landscape Improvements

The County is seeking a contractor to install landscape improvements within the medians in the right-of-way of US 41, including planting, mulching, and watering by truck during the establishment period. The project includes surveying and as-built surveys, maintenance of traffic, prevention of erosion and water pollution, and clearing and grubbing. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing project signs, and for resetting property corners with boundary surveys. • The project requires a Florida-licensed Professional Land Surveyor to perform all survey work. • The contractor must comply with the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. • The project includes the installation of landscape improvements, such as trees, shrubs, and sod. • The contractor must maintain the project signs and remove them upon completion of the project. • The contractor must provide a warranty and maintenance bond for the landscape work.
