Description
The Village of Downers Grove is seeking bids for the 2026 ROW Accessibility Upgrades project. The project involves the installation of approximately 9,500 square feet of 5” thick P.C.C. sidewalk, earth excavation, combination concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, concrete barrier curb installation, modular block retaining wall installation, tree removal, and related grading and parkway and road restoration.
• The project is expected to be completed within a certain timeframe, although the exact duration is not specified.
• The bid bond is set at 5% of the total bid amount.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 8:30 AM at the Public Works Building.
• Bidders can download electronic plan files, including plans and specifications, from the Village's website.
• The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
