The DLA Weapons Support, Pearl Harbor is seeking a quotation for the supply of a hose assembly. The assembly should consist of a 4" I.D. x 50' long hose, with a nitrile tube and cover, non-slip grip exterior surface, and helical wire reinforcement. The hose should have heavy-duty camlock fittings and four stainless steel locking arms. The packaging should prevent any damage to the hose or end fittings.
* The requirement is for 15 units of the hose assembly.
* The supplier should provide a certificate of conformance with the delivery of the material.
* The supplier should list the country of origin for each line item.
* The price should include shipping and delivery to Pearl Harbor, HI.
* The Government reserves the right to make a single award to the contractor who is deemed responsible and whose technical approach is deemed acceptable.
