The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground is issuing an RFI to gather information from industry on the capability to produce, install, and sustain up to nine High‑Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) hardened medium‑fixed Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Earth terminals for deployment across the continental United States.
