Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential sources for a service agreement for the installation and maintenance of uninterrupted power supply systems at the VHA Member Services Office in Waco, Texas. The agreement will require the selected vendor to perform work in compliance with the Limitations on Subcontracting and Ostensible Subcontractor Rule regulations. Respondents must submit their company information, including business size classification and details about their ability to perform the required services.
• The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and, if applicable, the SBA VetCert Registry.
• The vendor must provide a work breakdown demonstrating that they are not unduly reliant on any single subcontractor.
• The vendor must retain day-to-day management and control of all contract performance.
• The vendor must comply with the Buy American Act and the Trade Agreements Act.
