BLOCK ASSEMBLY

The Navy is seeking a qualified contractor to fabricate and deliver Pressure Bleed Block assemblies (Special Emphasis Material) for a critical shipboard system. The scope includes sourcing CRES 300 Series and SAE‑AMS‑QQ‑S‑763 material, performing hydrostatic and leak testing to 6,750 psi/4,500 psi, providing detailed certifications, and complying with extensive quality assurance, traceability, and documentation requirements (including ISO‑9001, MIL‑I‑45208, and various NAVSEA standards). The contractor must also manage configuration control, welding qualifications, and ensure mercury‑free compliance. • Provide fully assembled pressure bleed blocks per Vacco drawing S3C10012‑01. • Perform hydrostatic, leak, and intergranular corrosion testing with full certification. • Deliver complete QA packages (certificates of compliance, test reports, traceability data) via WAWF to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
